Head - Digital Marketing - eCommerce (10-15 yrs)
Co Profile : E-commerce company, based out of Bangalore.
Role :
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy, communications, brand and creative advertising
- Entrepreneurial and result-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and bias for action.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience in driving user growth and engagement through digital marketing channels. campaigns and communications.
- Experience working with and/or for media or performance agencies within the branding or digital advertising industry.
- Experience in marketing digital products and solutions to a global audience, across diverse demographics. Experience in offline marketing to field/operations workforces is a strong plus.
- Program management experience, including influencing strategic initiatives with multiple stakeholders across levels to meet goals.
Responsibilities :
- Shape the voice of the brand and products and help grow and engage a large, global consumer base through a mix of global and regional strategies
- Create product positioning, messaging, and narratives while leading go-to-market efforts for launches and updates across the ecosystem
- Closely collaborate with product managers, business leads, product designers, content creators, and field operations to define and execute marketing initiatives.
- Meet business goals while ensuring a top-notch customer experience
- Work internally and externally with creative partners to create marketing materials, including interactive experiences, websites, user stories, videos, blogs, case studies, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
