Head - Digital Marketing - Data Analytics Firm (8-12 yrs)

A leading, cutting edge data analytics firm, the boutique services company enables enterprises manage and utilize their data landscape effectively. They use machine learning (ML) techniques to transform how analytics content is prepared, consumed and shared. Their broader portfolio of services covers managed services, data governance, augmented data preparation and governed data lake.

They are looking for a head of digital marketing who will be responsible for developing and executing the brand's digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and metrics-driven.

Job Responsibilities :

- Plan and execute digital marketing and content strategy, including (not limited to) clutter breaking and engaging social media campaigns, website content, community building initiatives, outreach programs, display advertising campaigns etc.

- Enhance brand awareness as well as driving website traffic and acquiring customers / lead gen

- Generate online behavioural insights and turn them into action plans to improve customer engagement.

- Implement SEO and social media strategies to drive traffic to the brand website

- Be able to monitor and measure key metrics; Provide concise, timely & accurate reporting, including brand tracks and ad performance reports as needed

- Compute ROI of digital campaigns and draw recommendations to optimize paid media campaign results to ensure lowest cost of acquisition.

Required Experience :

- Should have 8-12 years of experience in digital marketing (should have understanding of the entire gamut of digital marketing activities)

- IT/ITES experience is a must; Exposure to working on global markets is a plus

- MBA / PG in marketing is preferred

- Strong analytical bent of mind; experience in leading and managing social media, influencer and display advertising campaigns, content marketing and SEO

- Exposure to website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics etc.)

- Be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and effectiveness
