Strategic thinking on brand with the ability to mine key consumer insights for brand growth and success. 2. - Maintain in-depth expertise in the fast-evolving digital marketing landscape across technical capabilities, workflow and navigation, process integration, quality control, and platform integration control, defining process and deliverables, identifying talent and skill requirements, and training team members. 3. - Manage and ensure performance consistency and quality, issue escalation and remediation, and process optimization. 4. Planning digital marketing campaigns 5. Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels 6. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs) 7. Strategize evaluate and execute performance marketing campaigns on marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart (previous experience desired) 8. Design, build and maintain our social media presence 9. Design, build and improve on the current Companies Static and E Commerce Site 10. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights 11. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies 12. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests 13. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience 14. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points 15. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels 16. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners 17. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate 18. Knowledge about loyalty, marketing transformation systems, salesforce will be a value add Requirements and Skills: 1. MBA in Marketing 2. Proven experience in digital marketing is a must, preferably from a Product based company 3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns 4. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels 5. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments 6. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools 7. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns 8. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking 9. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
