Head - Digital Marketing - BFSI

Looking to hire a Marketing Head who will be in charge of leading our company's marketing efforts. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for leading our marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies and planning and coordinating marketing experiments. Most important is your ability to understand the user persona, create a hypothesis, conduct experiments, collate data, iterate and manage, guide and teach a team of marketing personnel to do the same.

Responsibilities :

- Overseeing marketing department.

- Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.

- Researching demand for our products and services along with competitor research.

- Understanding and developing budgets/finance with measurable return-on-investment

- Developing and managing advertising campaigns.

- Building brand awareness and positioning.

- Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.

- Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.

- Overseeing social media marketing strategy, PPC and content marketing.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in marketing and running a marketing team.

- High level understanding of Digital Products (Apps)

- Strong copywriting skills. (Hindi + English)

- Proven ability to manage budgets.

- Professional and proactive work ethic.

- High competence in project and multiple stakeholder management.

- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

- Experience with digital marketing, PPC, social media marketing and content marketing.

- High level competency in Microsoft Excel
