Digital Marketing Head

Summary :

Looking for someone who thrives in the very early stages of a company and is self-motivated, multi-tasker, and a demonstrated team-player. This role will require to consistently deliver breakthrough marketing ideas that in turn would drive substantial growth

Broader Role / Responsibilities :

Candidate should be proficient and well versed in performing independently the following functions:

- Individual Contributory Role

- Expertise in developing Social Media Strategy for the company to enhance brand saliency across all the platforms

- Hands on experience on various platforms like Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, etc..

- Strategically and efficiently populate topical tending content to increase brand relevance, foster social conversations and leverage vibrant social communities.

- Collaborate with social media platforms to identify new opportunities and develop innovative partnerships.

- Excellent Conceptualization, Implementation, & campaign evaluation / measurement skills. Make data driven decisions, recommend and implement strategies that achieve marketing goals.

- Campaign presentation skills to internal stakeholders with projections & suitability to potential audience. Good market connects in the core social media groups

- Combination of community builder, explorer, storyteller , social media manager, networker and mission owner. Build high value communities, story telling formats ( text, video, audio, graphics, etc)

- Develop & execute the influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns

- Improving & increasing brand's social media presence across various platforms and its growth exponentially

- Identify and build prominent relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders

- Identifying and adopting emerging trends in the digital world

- Define, understand & identify key success metrics and strategies for all the programs

- Track and analyze performance and constantly identify improvements to drive maximum usage and achieve business objectives

- Design & own the product lifecycle

- Ensure steady execution of product lifecycle processes from conceptualizing to the final launch

- Coordinate with the internal business stake holders to understand and build retention strategy for the organization

- Gather, review, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to uncover new insights

- Ability to take initiatives and address something hands-on, to persevere when others give up

Requirements :

- At least 7-8 yrs experience preferably in a BFSI / Finance / Broking sector for the role.

- Post Graduate preferred in Marketing/Communications

- Proven track record of creating minimum 1 or more successful Social Media brand is a non- negotiable.

- Intellectually curious, ,loves tech, lateral thinking, No fear of failure, data driven,

- Understanding of Equity markets, wealth management and overall equity ecosystem will be a huge advantage.

- Hands on experience in managing role across social media platforms, email marketing, display advertising

- Highly creative in identifying target audience and devising custom digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Data driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance

- Excellent communication & Presentation skills (both written, verbal & visual)

- Self-starter, Independent contributor with phenomenal collaborating skills with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
