Work Experience Profile

a. Min. 7 - 10 years of work exp. post MBA with experience in e-commerce, travel, hospitality, automobiles & FMCG companies.

b. Having a strong background on social media, paid campaign management, agency management, technology platforms, direct marketing experience via digital as a platform.

c. Responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services. He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

Educational Requirement: Must be an MBA from Tier 1 Business schools

Skills which are must have:

a. Understanding / familiarity with Marketing principles; Performance marketing experience.

b. Strong business acumen and ability to connect business objectives with digital marketing levers and find digital solutions for the same

c. Ability to execute quick turn-around times with agencies

d. Strong Project Management skills

e. Strong Data Analytics skills / Process and system build / automation oriented thinking and experience

f. Ability to lead team of 7-8 people

g. Entrepreneurial mind-set to develop the digital function in a way which would become the trend-setter for the real estate industry

Key Responsibilities / Role description

a. Work together with marketing, sales, presales verticals and Leadership Team to define and understand the overall business objectives, sales and marketing objectives and translate the same into digital marketing objectives; define the work-plan, budget and targets for each lever in digital marketing and take full responsibility to deliver these

b. End to end thought leadership (both technical and business) of the full stack digital customer acquisition engine. This means

1. Define aspiration / goals for digital customer acquisition for each product / service line

2. Define full roadmap of what it takes to achieve those goals / aspirations (team, processes, capabilities, investment, technology needed)

3. Set up the team and processes and lead the team on day to day basisc

4. Day to day oversight on execution and decision making to drive ROI backed performance of digital customer acquisition

5. Ensure technology integration / automation for driving seamless revenue tracking and driving revenue growth opportunities

c. Keep a continuous tab on competition / stakeholders and update strategies such as to make digital engine a USP for the business vs. others

d. Transfer successful use cases from other industries and borrow learnings from them

e. Identify & implement monetizable - digital-led- customer propositions
