Head- Digital & Loyalty
Key Responsibilities:
- Head Digital & Loyalty is responsible for creating and maintaining online marketing strategies aimed at promoting the brand, and generating interest in the products and services of the company.
- Demonstrate creativity and ensure the online image of the business is effective and attracts customers.
Responsibilities:
- Generating content for the app, website and social media.
- Optimizing content on the web.
- Updating social media platforms.
- Advising on and revising trends.
- Managing the creation and delivery of marketing strategies.
- Creating and delivering email campaigns.
- Analyzing the success of campaigns and ROI.
- Manage and enhance the Loyalty Program and use as a tool for enhancing customer experience and control churn.
Program Development & Execution:
- Develop Programs/concepts to drive customer interaction and sales.
- Develop the communications planning for specific promotions in line with the program objectives and keeping the brand image in mind.
Develop the Campaign Calendar:
- Design and drive the campaign calendar in sync with the overall marketing plan and in collaboration with the stake holders to communicate the programs designed for Consumers
- Define and deploy right touch points (Digital) and frequency to achieve the objective of the program's reach effectively.
Measurement & Reporting:
- Analyze the performance of the campaign and take corrective action in terms of message & touch points used.
- Develop dashboards that enable measurement and COE's
- Focus on cohort-based communication channels to receive higher ROI and impact
New channels: Explore new opportunities to communicate to customers as well as Consumers directly to influence the buying decision and keep abreast of best practices
