Head Digital Initiatives with one of the insurance companies


We at ABC Consultants are looking for Head Digital Initiatives to be based out of Mumbai for one of our financial services client.

The client wants to look at candidates from fintech firms only.

Job Description :

- Designing digital Underwriting (screening, identity verification, financial assessment) processes and get them developed

- Deep research - User research and feature research. Understand the user behavior and identify their pain points. Come up with solutions & features that will solve the pain points.

- Create buy-in for the Digital initiatives both internally and with key external partners.

- Performing market assessments and come up with digital processes that make our products differentiated and deliver unique value based on customer demands

- Ship the Digital initiatives deliverables in time: Prioritization and resource allocation - master the art of this and not the science to ship the product on time

- Define and track success metrics

- Candidate with 8-12+ Years of relevant experience from fintech or lending firms with at Experience into managing/working closely with Data Science teams/Digital Underwriting/Scorecard based risk decisioning.

- The candidate should have the flair for technology and understand the latest trends in Digital and Data driven world of lending
