Job Description:

- A leader with an entrepreneur mindset who can visualize and implement features on our different digital platforms to give delight to our customer experience.

- Should be able to demonstrate strong UX/UI case studies from his past experience.

- Have experience to digitally engage with existing customers and prospective customers to increase client retention and client acquisition in a cost efficient manner

- Candidates who have run their own start up would be an added advantage.

- Should have a technology background or be versed with the latest technologies

Key responsibilities for role:

- Get involved in understanding client expectations and also keep updated on the competition offering.

- Visualize, design and implement client centric experience on our digital platforms (Web and Mobile) in line with the organization philosophy.

- Look for opportunities in solving problems in unique and innovative ways.

- Propose and execute ways of digital engagement with existing and prospective customers for increasing the client acquisition and client retention and cross selling of products to existing customer base.

- Frame up a digital policy at group level.

- Design and implement effective social media campaigns, influencer marketing to reach out to targeted audience

Candidature requires:

- Experience of working in Digital / Fintech preferred

- Building communications for new age millennial

- Hands-on experience about the whole SDLC process.

- Technical expertise and can work in coordination with developers / technical team

- Knowledgeable and aware on latest market trends on UI / UX

- To be the link between developers / technical team and content team to create the best design change / adding new features for user experience ( UX )

- Also to take initiative in strategic implementation on WhatsApp integration, Chatbot, Mobile App development and other online tools

- Enable to drive the business with different digital marketing tools like SEO / SEM, e-mails, blogs, Social media marketing on social media platforms like Youtube, FB, Instagram etc.

Qualification requires:

- MCA / BE / B.Tech (IT) or any specialization in IT
