Head - Digital Enterprise - Technology Services

Education: B.E / B.Tech + MBA Preferred

Reporting To: Global Business Head 

Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic/tactical leadership and oversight for creating, implementing and driving efficient & effective Digital Enterprise portfolio Management (ERP) processes in support of business objectives. 

- Responsible for P&L for Digital Enterprise Portfolio globally. 

- Shall collaborate with leaders & stakeholders from the Technology Delivery team to ensure proper coordination and execution of activities related to the delivery of Digital projects. 

- Support projects from inception till delivery in capacity of a Program Manager. 

- Managing governance around PMO processes, support project escalations; PPM and reporting tools. 

- This role will involve interaction with cross-functional departments, collaboration across other technology portfolios hence needs excellent communication and relationship management skills. 

- Co-ordinate with Project Managers and if needed collaborate with business and finance leadership to support project intake, vetting and prioritization processes. 

- Provide leadership & management/mentorship and coaching of Program/Project Managers, if applicable Promote IT framework, governance, and processes.

Requirement: 

- Technology experience in ERP (SAP) project, program and portfolio management. 

- Managed SAP Practice or Manufacturing Vehicle 

- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization including managing through cross-business area or business unit prioritization discussions.

- Have experience within Program Management, Account Management and has managed P&L for the Digital Unit.

- Experience in IT organization and process development with Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills 

- Team spirit, communication and presentation skills, and mental agility.
