Language - English, Hindi, Kannada/Telegu ( for Bangalore/Hyderabad respectively )

Job Description:

- Team leader who can Conceptionalize,Ideate,Co-ordinate Pre Production,

- Direction, Coordinate Post Production for Creating new content from existing IP for YouTube & Facebook

- Channel Branding: Banners, Social Media Links, Cross Video Promotion, Cross Channel

- Promotion and promotion of playlists on channel Page & Individual videos.

- Responsible for Uploading, Publishing &revenue generation for YouTube channel

- Optimizing YouTube channels to ensure higher engagement from viewers, ensuring more views & revenue

- Work alongside the Marketing and Creation team to specify, deliver analyze and report on audience viewing and popularity metrics.

- Monitoring & Analyzing Channel to understand factors like performance of the videos over time, source of views, average watch time, ads served, revenue generation etc.

- Tracking & analyzing competitor channels to understand the performance of the videos, growth in views and type of content that works
