Head Digital Communication
- Develop the digital communication strategy for the company to strengthen the corporate reputation on internal and external Digital/ Social Media channels- compliant within the digital space .
- Understand and cascade the company's cultural ethos, priorities, underpinnings, and communication pillars through strategic communication campaigns.
- Conceptualize, Plan, Implement and Sustain engaging campaigns to communicate various messages.
- Identify the gaps and challenges in the existing digital communication processes to build and develop effective and new-age digital channels required to deliver our message and achieve the outcomes.
- Objectively define the company's social media strategy and develop relevant tactics and roadmap to accentuate the company's social media presence.
- Develop Employee Advocacy Campaigns to effectively leverage employees as the brand ambassadors.
- Develop and manage the key digital media influencers program.
- Crisis management and preemptive planning. Maintain preparedness to effectively react and manage issues /crisis on digital channels.
- Creating integrated communications ideas and content which can be leveraged on various social media platforms reaching out to both internal and external audiences.
- Establish and maintain systems/tools to gauge the effectiveness of the campaign and evaluate moderations for future and existing campaigns.
Operational :
- Curate, Manage and Update digital content for the corporate website, intranet portal and other digital platforms.
- Ensure digital content is engaging, topical, relevant and upholds the objectives, brand, and values of the organization.
- Curate and maintain a content pipeline and calendar for internal and external digital and social media channels.
- Devise and commission insights and analytics about digital activities.
- Keep up to date with current digital trends and developments to ensure timely and innovative use of digital tools and channels.
- Manage Digital partner agencies: Engagement & Performance monitoring to check progress against clearly aligned and timely deliverables which are systematically tracked and measured.
- Develop and Execute: Employee engagement and communication program to bolster employer branding
- Support internal departments for their communication needs
- Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all digital communication material
- Work closely with the regional and local matrix teams to ensure clear, consistent communication for the programs.
QUALIFICATION :
- Post - Graduate in digital communication/digital marketing discipline.
- A degree in journalism/Mass communication is an added advantage.
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES :
- In-depth understanding of the digital and social media landscape
- Digital experience/exposure. Understanding of digital media, digital buying, programmatic digital media, digital content creation, web management etc. Hands-on experience of web technologies, creative and presentation tools.
- Follows trends and implements best practices in employee engagement and influencer (both online and offline) engagement.
- Setting up/managing corporate campaigns
- Experience in managing digital communications agencies or an agency client servicing team
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Proficiency in web-design and video content.
- Creative, analytical ability.
- Ability to understand the business holistically, its financial, legal and operational underpinnings and what it takes to make it profitable
