Head - Digital Banking - Technology (10-20 yrs)
Position : Head Digital Banking (Technology)
Experience :
- Total 10-20 Years of Experience in IT/BFSI.
- Minimum 6+ years of driving Digital Innovation, Fintech Partnerships, API Banking experience
preferably as a head / Vertical head of digital Initiatives for a division or the company preferably in
the banking /BFSI sector
Qualification : MCA, BTECH, MSC CS, MTECH
Roles & Responsibilities :
Strategic and planning : Implement, Support IT solutions for digital banking ,Cards/Payments & Agency Banking Channels
Functional :
- Understand Business requirement and implement Solutions & Support as per requirement.
- Implement, support and maintenance of IT Applications such as Corporate & Retail Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, UPI, Agency Banking & Digital Lending Applications etc.
- Explore and evaluate new systems/solutions as per business requirements
- Documentation of the system/process
- Ensure the respective IT systems have the capacity, reliability & security to support the BAU operations.
- Audit and Compliance of all Digital channel & Agency Banking Applications
- Coordinate between vendors and business to complete the evaluation for the final solution.
- Coordination between technology vendors and business stakeholders in performing UAT and rollouts.
- Documentation for every aspect of IT wherever necessary such as Change request, Requirement
specification from Business, Functional specification, certification documentations, go-live documents etc.
Technical :
- Should be strong in software development life cycle
- Should be sound in Cloud Technologies like AWS, Azure etc.
- Should have thorough understanding on SOAP and Rest API and Enterprise Service Bus
- Should have sound exposure in any of the Web and Mobile Technologies like Java ,React, Angular,.
NET ,Andriod Studio, Swift/XCode, IONIC Cordova, Flutter etc.
- Sound Knowledge on RDBMS (Oracle, My SQL etc.)
- Should have sound knowledge in Core Banking System and its integration
- Should have sound knowledge on implementation of NPCI Products like UPI/BBPS, Rupay Card etc.
- Should have sound knowledge on Card(Debit/Credit) systems and Switches (ISO/XML/JSON standards)
Learning & Performance :
- Research emerging technologies (Directly or through institutions), innovations and latest product/process improvement launches in BFSI sector and in the general technology space and generate actionable ideas / concepts related to these upcoming technologies
- Leverage the findings to implement digital solutions for existing challenges being faced by internal
customers (employees) and external customers.

- Proficiency in English written and verbal communication skills
- Has clarity of thought and purpose and is able to articulate in a simple and easy way
