Head - Digital Banking

Job Descriptions:-

- Responsible for digitizing key banking products including: SME, Retail Assets, Retail Liabilities, Mutual funds.

- Customer acquisition across banking products including Cross Sell through Digital Spends and other Online Campaigns.

- Evolving and Scaling up the digital channels to service.

- Upgrading Banking on iOS and Android Phones.

- Launch of websites & portals.

- Handling digitization of all products & process of all segments of Bank.

- Handling external & internal stakeholders.

- Handling IT vendors & internal IT teams.

- Dealing with multiple departments in different LOBs.
