Head - Digital Analytics - Investment Banking Firm

Our client is one of the leading Global Investment Banking companies, looking to hire Female Leader to Head the Digital Analytics function, role based in Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

- Measuring and optimizing the performance of owned media channels

- Partnering with marketing business stakeholders, the media agency, and technology to design and measure experiments, report on key metrics to demonstrate how media channels are driving customer and business value, and create executive-level presentations that help stakeholders understand the effectiveness of the channel and what can be done to improve results

- Improve the value-driven through owned media by generating performance insights and translating those insights into actionable recommendations that deliver incremental business value

Desired Profile:

- 12+ years of total work experience, of which 5+ years of relevant digital measurement and analytics experience preferably focused on owned and/or paid media

- Specific experience with digital AdTech ecosystem, digital analytics, including hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Clicktale, Adobe Audience Manager, Google Adwords, Doubleclick, etc.

- Proficiency in working with customer data at large scale using tools like SQL, Hive from relational databases and Hadoop (clickstream data)

- Outstanding consultative, critical thinking, analytical and communication skills with the ability to operate strategically and build effective stakeholder partnerships

- Manage a team of analysts and enhance the analytical rigor of the team

- Hire and nurture talent in the team and develop future leaders
