Position : DGM - Human Resources ( Nepal Location)

Position :

We are looking for a qualified HR partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they- realigned with our business goals. The incumbent will manage the Sales and Plant HR role.

Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management.

1. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning.

2. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.

3. Develops contract terms for new hires and transfers.

4. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

5. Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.

6. Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.

7. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

8. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.

9. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.

10. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

Years of Experience : 8 - 14 years of experience in Sales and Distribution organization. Experience in the plant HR an added advantage.

Qualification : Should be a full-time management graduate from a premier institute.

Industry : FMCG, Consumer Durable preferred
