Position: HR head Industry: Healthcare Education Qualification: MBA in HR Experience: 10 -15 years Location: Hyderabad Skills Required: - At least 10+ years relevant experience, incl. 4+ years of experience in HR Centre of excellence - Should be assertive with strong stakeholder, project management and comes with an experience in HR Shared Service / HR service delivery expertise - Strong communicator with excellent communication, Inter-personal, Analytical skills - Service oriented &amp; can work in fast paced environment - Strong people management. 5+ years of team handling role Responsibilities: - Responsible to drive strategic HR initiatives, prepare, present and embed specific strategies for HR Centre of excellence by covering Corporate Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, Compensation &amp; Benefits, OD &amp; Change Management, Statutory Compliance &amp; IR, Employee Engagement. HR budgeting and project planning &amp; tracking. - Define annual HR strategy process cycle and dates including performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, annual salary reviews, Total rewards etc - Overall accountability for the design &amp; implementation of high quality HR processes and services - Responsible to work on C&amp;B Benchmarking, compensation survey, re-structuring of compensation and improving C&amp;B process and policies as per business requirements - Overall accountability for HR policies &amp; procedures and alignment. - Handling HR Audits (Internal, Statutory, Process audits). - Re-engineer HR Policies and process as per the best HR practices on a period basis
