- This is a leadership role, reporting to the CEO. As head of product, you will lead the product (activewear apparel and accessories) vertical including planning, execution and team building for the vertical. We are looking for someone who can lead our product roadmap across activewear apparel, accessories and other future verticals.

- Product is at the centre of what we are building and we are very focused on building some crazy awesome products for the India market. The role will require you to not only create our product strategy and roadmap but also bring the vision to reality by working closely with factories and manufacturers to bring it to life.

Responsibilities :

- Product roadmap : Develop and drive projects to build the product roadmap for company across activewear apparel, active lifestyle accessories etc.

- Lead product development, sourcing and buying functions - range architecture, pricing strategy, assortment planning, and inventory management

- Vendor management across merchandising, supply chain and sourcing to identify appropriate manufacturing partners for particular product type/classification, target consumer segments and cost/lead time constraints

- Hire and mentor the product team of designers, sourcing, buying managers.

What are we looking for:

- 8-12 years of total work experience with the following:

- Preferable experience in other activewear brands

- Experience in startups/ companies in similar roles will be great

- Preferably candidates with NIFT/ NID degrees

- Outstanding leadership and organisational skills

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

- Superior problem-solving and project management skills

- Strong track record with proven growth in your current organisation
