Responsibilities:
Design Leadership & Vision:
- Develop and implement a design strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and brand identity for luxury real estate.
- Lead a team of talented designers, providing mentorship and fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging design trends and innovations relevant to the luxury real estate market.
- Conduct market research to understand client preferences and expectations within the luxury segment.
Project Management & Execution:
- Manage the full design lifecycle for luxury real estate projects, from initial concept development to final execution.
- Oversee space planning, furniture selection, material specification, and interior design elements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
Client Communication & Presentations:
- Develop and present compelling design proposals and presentations to clients, effectively communicating the design vision and value proposition.
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, preferences, and lifestyle aspirations.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the design process, exceeding client expectations for service and quality.
Vendor Management & Quality Assurance:
- Identify and build relationships with qualified vendors and suppliers specializing in high-end materials, furniture, and finishes for luxury real estate projects.
- Oversee the procurement process and ensure the quality of all design elements.
- Manage vendor contracts and budgets effectively.
Qualifications:
