We are building a smart, simple, and transparent financial platform to redesign the life experience for millennials.

Client currently offer investors a 360-degree wealth management platform for mutual funds, term insurance and NPS.

Responsibilities:

- Create a data-driven design strategy to include user experience, product design, and visual design.

- Lead, mentor and coach the design team to excellence.

- Lead a collaborative design process from concept exploration to implementation.

- Partner with engineering and product to identify and address user needs for a wide variety of users.

- Understand and become an expert in our industry, our culture, and our customer. Use that knowledge to create effective, impactful, and inspiring work.

Requirements:

- A good understanding of the trends, best practices and interface/interaction guidelines for Web, Android and iOS platforms.

- Experience leading and growing a design team.

- Experience establishing data-driven design systems.

- Exceptional UX and UI design capabilities and a strong understanding of core design principles.

- Proficiency in a wide variety of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision and Illustrator.

- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.

- Attention to visual details.

- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with other teams.

Experience:

- 5 to 8 years of overall designing experience with minimum 3 years of experience in leading a team.
