Job Description: Develop a design road map for improving the user experience across platforms; desktop website, mobile site, and the mobile apps for Android & iOS. Implement best practices for design delivery and collaboration

Description:
- Closely collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ship new features and improvements in an agile environment
- Display leadership, provide direction and mentor a team of Product Designers, Researchers, and Visual Designers ; You are passionate about building great teams
- Bring a user-first perspective into conversations while positively impact business metrics
- Standards; Develop design guidelines. Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design
Profile:
- M.Des/ B.Des/ B.E/ B.Tech or equivalent with prior experience of leading a design team of at least 4 to 5 product/UX designers. Strong design sensibilities and extensive experience of crafting consumer experiences
- Ability to handle unclear and unpredictable situations and having confidence of taking decisions based on data, experience and market assessment
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both mobile and web platforms
- Willingness and ability to learn from experience and apply to perform under new conditions.
