Job Responsibility :
Forge Strategic Alliances :
- Identify prospective and potential strategic alliances and analyse the potential of the partner
- Create customized and differentiated business propositions
- Deliver structured pitches to prospective strategic partners
- Devise a structured approach by applying networking and negotiation skills with due diligence to ensure closure
- Acquire partners of sustainable quality/ scale which will deliver a profitable business model for the organization
Set Up and Enable New Alliances :
- Facilitate seamless on boarding of strategic partners in our ecosystem
- Ensure set-up on system and its complete alignment across departments
- Project Management for the overall on boarding along with cross functional teams from requirement to launch
Parent Account Management :
- Agree on the Business Plan, Sales Structure and Execution
- Manage the relationship across all touch points
- Business Management with required R&R, KPIs, Training and other enablers
- Agree on Governance model and lead the same
Sales :
- Develop the remote sales capabilities for the respective channel partner
- Drive towards the agreed business plan through remote sales support and interventions
- P&L management for all strategic alliances
Work Experience :
- 10-14 years
- Experience of handling team
