Our client is a well-established Life Insurance company and is a joint venture between India's leading Financial Services Company along with the World's one of the most diversified and oldest Multinational Financial services organizations.

Job Purpose

- Own digital transformation initiatives by building applications & automating business processes and ensuring availability of the application uptime for business transaction processing

Key Responsibilities

- To drive Digital transformation initiatives to modernize the technology stack

- To design applications using lean platform architecture approach instead of custom based applications

- To explore latest technology stacks and leverage for business needs

- To work in an agile manner, to drive sprints and bring clarity of deliverables to the business stakeholders through regular project governance.

- To review and drive automation opportunity, so that operational efficiency can be achieved

- To ensure expenses are managed well within the approved budgets

- To ensure application uptime for business processing

- To ensure resolution of the incidents occurring in business applications

And to ensure repeat incidents get addressed using the application change management process

- To Identify, analyse, evaluate and treat (Mitigate) the business & information security risks for ensuring business continuity & also protect the information assets by adhering to the company IT Security policies

Job Requirements

Qualifications: B. Tech / M. Tech in Computer Science / MCA / Engineering in Information technology

Experience: 13-15 years of experience in BFSI industry with application development and support experience

- Agile Development, Leading teams through Scrum/Kanban

- Cloud Infrastructures technology, AWS, Azure, Serverless Compute, API Gateway, etc

- Digitization, Automation of IT applications
