Finance Head (Listed Organisation)

Position : DGM/ GM- Finance

Experience & Qualification : 12+ Years with CA+ CS (Must)

Note : A BSE listed Organization with turnover around 60 Crs

- To handle day-to-day general management and cost accounting functions up to finalization of unaudited quarterly, half-yearly results as per listing agreements, and year-ending audited accounts of the company and presenting them before the board of directors.

- To prepare and present proposals for annual working capital/term loan requirement/renewal and timely compliances of bank's terms and conditions.

- To prepare MIS reports, as per the requirements of the company.

- To have experience of direct and indirect taxes (GST, Income Tax, FEMA, customs, etc.).

- Ensuring timely filing and compliance of all the requirements of the Bombay Stock Exchange, SEBI and MCA and other secretarial/legal compliances.

- To assist the company on IT, commercial and other administrative functions.
