Job Description - An opportunity to lead demand planning for a Global FMCG brand

Client Details

Our client is a leading global FMCG company. They have a diverse product offering and are recognised as the pioneers in the segment they operate in. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Lead- Demand Planning, based out of their office in Delhi NCR.

Description

Reporting to the Head of Planning & Logistics you will be responsible for -

- Managing and implementing the demand planning function across product categories for PAN India operations

- Working closely with all the sales and supply functions to ensure operational efficiency of the forecast

- Responsible for long term capacity planning as well as other strategic planning decisions in the company

- Managing a team of individuals with responsibility for their growth and development in the organisation

Profile

You will be an MBA- Premier BSchool with at least 7 years of experience in supply chain/demand planning ideally in FMCG/Pharma Industry. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and hands-on approach towards his/her work.
