Head Planning (Supply Chain)

Location: Gurgaon

Rep: Chief SCM Officer

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy development, budgeting, Spend analysis, mid-term and annual production/demand planning and initiative implementation

- Key domain; Demand planning, production planning, Material & Inventory planning from Supply chain point of view

- The position serves to lead the Supply Chain Planning function for all product categories in Organization. This individual shall work very closely with all commercial functions to align the Supply chain planning process to the business operations in real-time.

- The role-holder shall have a significant impact on the accuracy of the demand forecast and shall be the 'go to' person for all planning activities. This individual will also work with the regional Supply Chain teams to ensure continuous supply of products and inventory management to support business.

- 70% ; Working with Regional/Area Supply Chain and India Commercial and Finance teams to ensure reliable Demand Forecast for units

- 30% ; Working with regional Supply Chain teams on various initiatives in planning domain and other Supply Chain workstream

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Good Analytical skills

- SAP, TMS Knowledge

- B. Tech/ BE with MBA and having experience in procurement, logistics 12-15+ Years of Experience
