Head - Delivery - Strategic Accounts - BFSI (15-18 yrs)

1. Manage integrated delivery of company solutions to the strategic accounts in the Financial Services vertical. Overall revenue accountability will be in the range of $ 10-15 M

2. Handle a team size of 500+ associates, develop and drive overall Human Resources strategy including performance management, succession planning, career planning and retention strategies.

3. Be accountable for growing revenues from existing relationships within these strategic accounts.

4. The Head of strategic accounts delivery will have one or more account managers reporting into her/him who will have revenue accountability for mining existing relationships

5. The Head of strategic accounts delivery will be accountable for recruiting and retaining talent in line with emerging requirement of his/her clients

6. Develop and implement methods for evaluating and measuring productivity, quality of output, and cost effectiveness. Drive the continuous improvement of efficiency and effectiveness

7. Build solid relationships with executive stakeholders in order to meet commitments, solve challenges, manage expectations, expand opportunities and revenue

8. Will be expected to assume responsibility for account planning exercises to improve penetration and cross selling of services besides participation in executive meetings with clients

Qualifications

- 15 + years of overall experience including progressively challenging leadership roles in managing and delivering large project engagements for tier 1 Banks

- 3 + years of experience owning and delivering large project engagements for tier 1 clients.

- Possess over 5 + years of Banking Domain experience

- Experience in managing P&L and revenue targets over $10 M

- 3+ years of experience in resource /talent management includes strategizing workforce planning; recruiting; hiring; training and development; performance planning, management, and improvement; and succession planning

Desired Qualification

- Engineering from premium colleges (or) MBA from premium B-schools
