RESPONSIBILITIES - Conducting leadership workshops and developing continuous improvement map for the client accounts. - Lead &amp; mentor Process Improvement projects leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deliver targeted Business value. - Develop competencies on QMS, Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation techniques. - Lead and facilitate to ensure deployment of iQMS practices and adherence to internal &amp; external audit requirements for ISO 9001-2008,CMMI,ISO 14001,ISO 27000, etc. REQUIREMENTS - 8-10 years of relevant Process Excellence experience for IT IS processes is must. - An added advantage for someone who Demonstrates experience in practical application of Lean Six Sigma techniques, Automation, RPA, etc. Experience in deploying Data analytics, Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence,etc. - LSS Black belt &amp; ITIL certifications is must. QMS, Master Black belt, Agile, Digital competencies and PMP certifications would be an advantage.
