- We are looking for a Head of Delivery for Enterprise Business, to work with next-generation service provider delivering excellence in IT, BPS and Consulting services. Inward-facing :

a) Leading, growing and mentoring an enthusiastic team of 1000+ high energy professionals and making them successful leaders. Perason sholud have managed 100 million portfolio of SAP, Oracle, People soft etc deliveries.

This position will report to the business head based out of US.

b) Bringing strong technology leadership to drive high-quality work in the areas of IT Services

c) Bring through leadership to adopt new challenges and changes in the technology world and prepare the team to take on new frontiers as the business transforms with ongoing changes in demand

d) Ensure efficient delivery operations

e) Plan for optimum resource utilization and synchronize with HR for resource needs

f) Forward looking at adopting newer technologies to boost existing operations

Outward-facing :

a) Developing deep rooted relationship with existing and new customers

b) Providing them overall account management as well as business consulting, as required

c) Striking a good balance between client needs and team needs
