Job description -

Position - Delivery Compliance

Years of exp - 12+ years Labour Law Compliances (either in a corporate or in a consulting organization)

Location - Bangalore

Qualification - : LLB

CTC details - Currently with the package of Rs.40Lacs & above can apply

Key responsibilities:

- Incumbent with strong experience in compliance is preferred.

- Applicants with strong exp in Labour Law Compliances (either in a corporate or in a consulting organization)is highly desired

- Will be heading compliance operations delivery for clients who come from different industry verticals.

- Applicants having knowledge of PAN India labour compliances - across Industries is preferred.

- Prefer Someone who has experience in interacting with Regulatory Officials

- Applicants should have ability to build upon the current structure /processes to make it more, cost effective, efficient and scalable to business growth.

- Will be responsible for Driving compliance awareness with clients and devising measures to increase their compliance scores

- Exposure in leading the Compliance Consulting is desired

- Exposure in leading, developing and monitoring the locational service delivery teams to ensure agreed deliverables to the clients are met on an ongoing basis.
