Develops virtual and other collaborative relationships to facilitate current and future objectives - Manage competencies and utilization rates with dynamic and static workload assignments (cross-Project/CoE/Customer/Domain) - Strong Technical foundation with the ability to review program deliverables technically and improve efficiencies - Responsible for delivery center commitments, including service level and financial. - Responsible for managing a team of managers and consultants supporting services delivered from the delivery services. - Communicate proactively with the client (Internal/External/Local), delivery team, CoE, partners, and multi-vendor resources - Ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels of the organization and to develop strong client/CoE relationships - Excellent written, spoken, and presentation skills - Work with Onshore Delivery Managers to maintain a ground truth and Delivery Roadmap (at all levels of the Project, Enhancement, and Change level across all projects, teams, and business demand under the aerospace domain) - Sensitive to fulfilling the client/CoE/Project requirement in minimum turn-around-time - Promoting Indian competencies to onshore teams and local business - Manage close active contact with Business and finance teams - Estimate the financial impact of solution design with the identified program and support on aligning to PnL goals - Identify and manage Risks at the program level - Resolves conflicts and addresses issues between stakeholders - Capabilities to structure dynamic task forces and teams catering to global demands - Support stakeholders/teams in filling all open positions with qualified candidates - Proven experience in Pre-Sales & Solutioning for deals, RFPs/RFIs, proposals, etc., and Optimized cost of resources (Pyramid, attrition, recruitment) - Implement automation and other initiatives in the run operations - Support pre-sales teams For this role, we believe you have: - 20+ years of relevant experience in the Engineering Service /Automotive /Aerospace domain - Mechanical or Aerospace engineering background (additional MBA will be an added advantage) - Excellent English communication skills - Excellent analytical skills with a strong sense of structure and logic. - Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
