As a Head - Delivery and Academy, you will be responsible for end-to-end training delivery support and project success management viz., plan cohort operations, coordinate with the Product team for course curriculum and content, ensure seamless student experience, assess feedback and key metrics, maintain reports, etc.

What you will do :

TRAINING-RELATED :

- Managing trainer pool

- Planning and overseeing entire training operations and logistics

- Planning and managing training schedule

- Coordinating with Product team in getting training content ahead of time

- Providing operational support for Academy and instructors

- Being responsible for the delivery support and end-to-end learner management during training and post-training engagement

- Overseeing LMS activities - Tracking the overall progress of learners on LMS and ensuring adherence to all training terms and conditions

- Tracking and analysing each learner's attendance, behaviour, aptitude, performance and progress

- Creating and issuing regular surveys to monitor feedback

- Looking at issues - operational and academic - and implementing data-driven preventive and corrective action

POST TRAINING :

- Maintaining list of Talent Pool who have passed training and ready for interviews

- Managing active engagement of the Talent Pool to ensure high performance and talent retention through

- Managing Ongoing learning and development coordination

- Handling Regular check-ins by telephone and email, periodic assessments, revision sessions, tech workshops, alumni speak events and other initiatives

- Conducting mock interviews and provide job-role specific interview coaching

- Coordinating with candidates and internal teams for client interviews

- Post-selection of candidates by clients, ensuring smooth handover to Alumni Engagement teams

OTHERS :

- Preparing detailed reports on training health, engagement efficiency and overall program success

- Identifying issues and risks, and plan remediation

- Recording all relevant activity on Salesforce

- Ensuring the internal learner database is fully up to date at all times and complete for reporting purposes

- Organizing trainee engagement activities/ social events from time-to-time during and post training

- Working with Business Development and Client Services teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Alumni programme requirements.

- Maintaining a professional image of the Company through providing a professional service to all candidates.

What you need to have :


Essential and Preferred Skills and Experience :

- Sound knowledge of training delivery operations

- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2-3 years- experience in managing teams

- Technical background with reasonable programming knowledge

- Strong communication skills - oral and written

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

- Superb attention to detail

- Organised and assertive

- Ability to influence and persuade and manage difficult conversations

- Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities
