Head - Debt Syndication

Role: Head Debt Syndication

Location: Bangalore

Reporting to: Director

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute debt syndication strategies for clients' financing needs.

- Evaluate opportunities in Debt Capital Markets, including bonds and NCDs.

- Working on debt raising transactions for Corporate Finance Clients in Infrastructure, Real Estate and other sector also.

- Collaborate with clients to structure complex debt transactions.

- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, investors, and financial institutions.

- Overseeing preparation of Pitch books, Financial Model, Information Memorandum, Project Reports and related documents

- Maintaining and Developing New relationships with bank/NBFCs/FIs at CXO level

- Assisting in the legal documentation, due-diligence and closing process of the transaction through constant contact with the Clients and debt providers.

- Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.

Key Skills:

- 10+ years of working experience in the corporate banking space.

- Knowledge of Syndicated Loans and debt capital market products.

- Trained in financial modeling at investment banks, PE firms.

- Ability to close mandates independently.

- Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships

Qualification: MBA in Finance/ ICWA/ CA/ CFP
