Head - Debt Raising - Chemicals/FMCD/Infra/Retail Sector

Primary responsibilities

- Primary responsibility is debt raising from traditional and non- traditional model to support the organisation's financing needs.

- Incumbent should come with strong relationship with banks and other debt raising platform. Should have experience in both domestic and global fund raising.

- Identify opportunities to minimize interest costs; monitor cash generation and evaluate alternative uses of cash including reinvestment in the company and return of capital programs

- Manage existing debt by ensuring that interest and principal payments are made on time

- Identify opportunities to reprice or repay debt

- Good negotiator & strong stakeholder management capabilities

- Agile and someone who can work in unstructured environment
