Title: Head of Debt

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Will be responsible for managing entire debt book of the company

- Lead the team of professionals involved in marketing for debt and resources raising for debt & operational management of the debt for the NBFC

- Report to CEO

- Raise debt funds including bonds from the market at a competitive rate

- Develop strategy to effectively deploy and maximize the returns for the company

- Ensure alongside other teams, the company effectively adheres to all the compliances and regulatory norms

- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate activities across different functional areas

QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA Tier 1 B School and/or Chartered Accountant;

- 10-15 years of work experience in the financial industry in credit risk, capital markets and/or corporate finance with a strong exposure to debt

- Working with a leading NBFC, Bank or debt focused PE fund
