- Partner with the cross-functional teams to solve key business questions by identifying trends, designing tests and conducting deep dive analysis
- Work with key stakeholders (product/ segment heads) to ensure alignment of the objectives across business units and the action plans required to achieve the same
- Develop and provide a set of regular analytical output across all product and segment areas
- Leverage the use of business analytics/ decision science to achieve business objectives
- Uncover insights and discover optimization opportunities to drive lead quality and cost of acquisition
- Strengthen the Data Warehouse through business activities, to be structured for business analysis and predictive purposes
- Build and lead a team to create and maintain a suite of data models for using best in class - statistical techniques-
- To suggest innovative and effective avenues for lead generation and customer engagement based on Data analytics and market trends
- Research new methods and algorithms for measuring engagement, predicting conversion rate, calculating multi-touch attributions and optimizing media mix
- Develop a variety of robust statistical techniques used for the analysis of a diverse range of data
- Monitor and highlight important trends, gaps & opportunities for the business
- To support revenue generation from new customer and existing customers
- Drive customer subscription or induce transactions via campaigns that appeal to the customers & makes them act
- To facilitate cross-sell to the leads generated through various campaigns
- To engage with the alliances to create various platforms for transaction revenue generation and share useful insights about their customers
- To support creation of differentiated pricing offers which can help drive the subscriptions dependent on Usage, Bundled offers, VAS offers and Top up models, etc.
- To analyze traffic trends on the website and help derive best negotiation for site ad inventory based on this
- Creation of various MIS to Monitor and enhance customer database
