Head - Data Science - Internet/Online

- The Head of Data Science will get an opportunity to work on highly scalable Tech/Data science problems, apply Machine Learning & Optimization solutions aimed at disrupting the macro level structured problem across Supply chain including, but not limited to Sales, Demand & Supply, Procurement, Information Asymmetry, Food wastage, Category & Distribution inefficiencies.

- As a Head of Data Science, this position will lead the development of AI/ML capabilities to empower the access of Data Science & technology within the organization to deliver advanced solutions to various internal business functions and use cases.

- Lead the development of core AI & ML solutions to impact operational efficiency, wastage ratio, Revenue, logistics and distribution inefficiency.

- Apply Machine Learning, deep learning, simulation, optimization, and many other advanced techniques.

- Understanding business drivers, impacts, and key influences on Pricing dynamics, optimize Pricing to improve the Customer experience and grow the business.

- Experience in building advanced forecasting approaches, e.g., predictive analytics of internal (demand & Supply) and external (market trends, weather), predictive shipping (products are shipped before the customer places an order).

- Build, validate, test, and deploy machine learning or other data science models to predict and influence the supply and demand with the goal of optimizing system efficiency of the platform

- Organizing available data sources, and creating detailed dictionaries of data that can be used in future analyses.

- Partner with technology and product leaders to solve business and technology problems using scientific approaches to build new services that surprise and delight our customers.
