Description :

As the Head of Data Science, you will:

- Work with stakeholders to define and own data science road map for one or more business areas

- Lead a group of data scientists, analysts, and engineers to deliver scalable machine learning solutions to production
- Provide technical and scientific leadership to the team
- Roll up sleeves and do hands-on work when needed
- Build, coach, mentor, and grow the team
- Build strong working relationships and collaboration with leaders in product, business, and engineering teams

- Establish and improve best data science and engineering practices for the team

- Maintain a healthy balance between delivery and applied research

Profile :

As the Head of Data Science, you should have :

- In-depth understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical underpinnings.

- 8+ years of experience in applying machine learning and statistical methods to solve complex problems at scale

- 4+ years of experience in leading/managing data/ml scientists

- Experience with big data technologies

- Built recommender systems
