Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

- BTech/ MTech/ MCA/ MSc in Artificial Intelligence/Data Science or Engineering

- 15+ years of experience in Analytics, Statistical Modelling, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence (Deep Learning & NLP).

- Minimum 5 years in either a start-up or leadership context

- Demonstrable experience implementing machine learning models; from initial conception right through to the final production model

- Expert programming and scripting in Python, Spark, PySpark, Hue, Hadoop, Hive, R, Rstudio, I Python Notebook, Juniper, and related developer tooling

- Skilled in ML frameworks - Tensor flow, Keras, Scikit-Learn, Microsoft Cognitive toolkit

- Experience with various Neural Network algorithms and techniques: (word2vec, RNN, CNN, K-means, Regression modelling, Classification, Clustering, SVM, Supervised and Unsupervised ML both)

- Knowledge of modern NLP techniques such as transfer learning (ANN, RNN & CNN, BERT, Bi-LSTM, Attention Modelling, Fast.Ai, Snorkel, UDA,SkipGram, CBOW).

- Knowledge of technical computing languages such as MathLab, TensorFlow, Keras, Theano and Python web development experience is highly desirable

- Ability to combine business intuition with the application of advanced solutions

- A passion for keeping up with the latest in Data Science and Machine Learning communities

- A curious mind, self-starter and endlessly keen to learn and develop themselves professionally

Key Responsibility

- Lead the development of a vision and roadmap for AI and Advanced ML for a personalised data engine of the platform

- Oversee the development of the taxonomy development, competencies mapping and assessment exercise to feed into the development of a career-centric learning model

- Build a wider analytics and insights team to drive a superior product experience and champion an evidence-driven culture for product decision making

- Drive ambitious planning and targets for the team

- Bring experience of and networks with leading third-party vendors and providers to supplement the internal skillsets against ambitious plans

- Lead the design and future development of prediction modelling infrastructure in terms of process, performance and testing

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders in order to achieve greater value in the services offered

- Work with large, complex data sets whilst solving challenging business problems independently and across teams

- Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to identify priorities for the developers and engineers from an AI perspective- Lead the development of a vision and roadmap for AI and Advanced ML for a personalised data engine of the platform
