Head - Data Science & Data Engineering - KPO (16-20 yrs)

1) Data Science :

a. You will engage in and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex data / analytic cases across a variety of industries

b. Be an enthusiastic hands-on data scientist, who is able to lead data processing, modeling, drawing conclusions, and telling the story of the data in a compelling way

c. Lead developing cutting edge Data Science and Machine Learning models

d. Mentor and guide team members through hurdles and remove blockers

e. Be a subject matter expert who can train others and open new analytics avenues

f. Provide Machine Learning through leadership and vision internally and to clients. Build a sense of data science community and encourage a culture of collaboration and curiosity.

2) Deep Learning Engineering:

a. Work on Cloud Infrastructure(Azure, AWS) to provision data to ML models, build ML systems on deploy them at scale

3) Build Production level Models @ scale

a. Design and implement the machine learning lifecycle at scale, from building the data infrastructure to train/test Machine learning models to their production environments

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech/BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field from a Premier institute ( Tier 1 IITs, BITS and Top NITs, Ivy League US Schools)

Experience

1) 16-20 years of combined Engineering / Data Science experience

a. Minimum 4 year of Engineering experience

b. Minimum 4 year of Data Science experience

c. Minimum 2 year of Deep Learning experience

d. Minimum 5 years of People Management experience
