Designation Director - Data Science - COE

Job Description:

- The role will support clients across the Banking and Financial Services / Life science verticals and will be responsible for the top line and bottom line KPIS for the cluster of verticals assigned

- Responsible for providing the required industry/domain perspective and analytics/data sciences knowledge on challenges and opportunities in the respective domains and work on providing solutions to address the same

- Deliver cluster revenues and profitability metrics, Ensure robustness of solutions in pre - sales towards conversions

- Achieve Customer Satisfaction metrics enabling positive references and drive farming initiatives, Facilitate creation of Re-usable and horizontal assets

- Participate in competency skill focus groups across Business units, account teams and vertical teams, Contribute to the Competency capability

- Demonstrate and deliver domain collaboration / training with onshore and BU teams

- Responsible for having client/on-site/offshore team interactions and understand business requirements and analysis of business problem, Implement processes for delivery as per signed engagement

Role can be based out of Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Gurgaon
