A leading Financial services organization is looking for a senior Data Science and Analytics leader to lead the CoE with extensive experience in business and advanced analytics such as marketing/sales analytics, personalization, and customer relationship management, as well as strong background in AI/data science ethics, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), Deep Learning, predictive and prescriptive analytics. Additionally, the successful candidate is expected to have significant leadership experience in a corporate or consulting environment, in addition to strong academic qualifications and research background. The successful candidate will be capable of supporting projects across many areas with the highest degree of quality. Responsibilities: - Managing and guiding data science and data engineering elements of AI & data science projects - Leading multiple projects with diverse scope across several business units and functions - Acting as an analytics relationship manager with business and technology partners, identifies opportunities and priorities, drive consulting and engagement strategy for the group - Derive and implementing best approaches for predictive and prescriptive analytics - Leading and guiding analytics projects across business groups Qualifications : - Validated experience in leading the application of artificial intelligence (AI) to deliver quantifiable business results - Experience in projects involving large scale-multi dimensional databases, sophisticated business infrastructure, and multi-functional teams - Knowledge of most of the following quantitative fields: Machine Learning, Advanced Statistical Analysis & Modeling, Deep Learning, Causal Inference & Program Evaluation, Reinforcement Learning, Behavioral Economics, Design of Experiments, Multi-Objective Optimization, Decision Theory, Bayesian Statistics, and Network Science - Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Cloud Computing, GPU Computing, Hadoop, Spark, MapReduce or related Massively Parallel Processing (MPP) technologies - Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, Computational Statistics, Operations Research, Machine Learning, or Business or related technical fields a plus
