Head - Data Science

Job Responsibilities -

- Lead building of advanced Data Science/Machine Learning models to create significant business impact for clients and ensure client satisfaction

- Experience in building of Recommendation Engine, Deep Learning and Computer Vision models ideally in a production environment.

- Recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and developing a pool of Data Scientists within the organization and ensuring alignment of pool to company-wide vision and strategies

- Experience in Building AI/ML systems in cloud and preferably solved problems from Scratch to Scale

- 10+ years of professional experience of working in Retail / Online Media / Internet / Financial domain.

- Deep understanding or experience of machine learning, natural language processing, statistical modelling, Computer Vision, Forecasting & Optimization, image recognition, Classification

- Should have experience in Hiring

- PhD/Masters degree in Analytics discipline
