Head - Data Protection and Privacy Officer

- Act as a key member of Legal and Corporate Affairs team and is responsible for assisting the General Counsel in Implementation and Compliance with the Data Protection and Privacy requirements as per the prevailing laws and regulations in India and globally

- The incumbent will be directly responsible for matters pertaining to Data Protection and Privacy compliance and should have had previous exposure to Data Protection and Privacy matters and having prior experience of having dealt with the EU and / or other international regulations on Privacy and Data Protection, GDPR, Privacy Impact Assessment, Vendor onboarding assessment, transition due diligence, GAP analysis, maintenance of Information Asset Registers, collection, storage, processing, purging and destruction of data and Partnering the business in a technology and non-technology Shared Shares environment.
