We are looking for Data Management & Operations Services Head for world's leadership advisory firm based at Gurgaon.

Function /Department : Knowledge Centre India (KCI)- Non Voice Process

CTC : Best in Industry

Exp : 12+ years of experience working in BPO/ KPO industry

Nature of the Role : Team Handling, Must have exp of managing Large teams 80 to 100

Working Timings : 6 am to 11.30 pm Window ; Flexible ; 5 days working

Position Overview

- The Head of Data Management & Operations Services will lead the Knowledge Centre operations teams in providing services to the firm across a range of business processes.

- Our Operations teams are responsible for the accuracy and ensuring the integrity of our proprietary knowledge management systems.

- They play a key role in creating a robust foundation of rich data, documentation, reports and quality insights thereby enabling our businesses globally with their client work.

- As a leader of this dynamic team, your role involves managing the operations deliverables while exploring new ways of creating process efficiencies.

- You will provide leadership to the operations team in developing solutions and create greater value for the firm.

The role reports to the KCI Chief Operating Officer.
