Data Management Head

- Developing and leading the business intelligence practice

- Analyze data, formulate conclusions, and provide summary analysis and interpretation to business leadership.

- Consult with business to identify new reports needed to support business requirements.

- Standardize reports at regular intervals, define and influence metrics definitions.

- Design, run and implement reporting to support the business and collaborate with other groups to provide feedback and help in process improvement.

- Customer profiling and segmentation exercises

- Translate ambiguous questions from group executives into data-driven recommendations.

- Bring industry standard knowledge around managing a reporting and data analysis function along with team handling experience.

- Developing and executing business strategies to create new growth engines across product categories.

- Setting up the analytics framework and reporting mechanisms to regularly track and monitor activities.

- Build decision intelligence capabilities across verticals/units.

- Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to keep support teams as efficient as possible

- Develop an in-depth understanding of business performance and generate strategic insights with senior leadership to influence decision making

- Enabling senior leadership and internal stakeholders in decision making for continuous improvement

- Facilitating senior leadership team with reports & analysis

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overall business objectives.

- Ability to spot early trends and provide relevant inputs to the leadership

- understand the nuances of our business and contribute revenue growth to new products & assessments

Background :

- Engineering with MBA / PGDM from Tier 1 College.

- 8 - 10 years of relevant experience.

- Prior experience in Edtech is preferred.
