Required Skill set: - Complete ownership of various data engineering initiatives, including gathering inputs from leadership and partner teams, roadmap planning and prioritization, promoting best practices, and grooming the team - Ability to create end to end data pipelines for ensuring quality data availability using MS SQL Server tools, Python or R. - Broadened knowledge of Analytics ecosystem in Financial sector and not just limited to current organization. - Ability to think, consult, discuss and debate with multiple data engineering and solutioning approaches. - Well-connected within the industry for data acquisition with alternate channels. - Well versed with BFSI industry vendors for Analytics implementation in Credit underwriting, Fraud management, Collections and Servicing. - Work closely with partners, professional services, analytics and other engineering groups for defining, designing, and delivering solutions
