- Lead and develop a team of data analysts to be up to date with emerging technologies in the business analytics field.

- Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements.

- Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business within the department and design/implement solutions and manage resourcing to meet these needs.

- Accountable for revenue & cost and overall P&L for OE under span of control. Drive innovative and cost effective strategies within the team to meet the overall cost and efficiency target of the organisation
