Data Analytics - Head - FMCG


This position will work closely with the all Functions team to address business problem with analytics through technology aided data and share detailed insights and solutions while leading a dedicated team

Responsibilities :

- Leading and mentoring analytic teams and vendors.

- Delivering data driven insights across organization and drive AI/Analytical adoption across verticals.

- Help create a data lake for seamless data integration across departments and functions aiding better access to data and insights across functions.

- Create, Strategize and develop a new Analytics (BI) Tools and solutions to empower business decisions, data integration, data analysis and data modeling and build Analytics COE, Business Analyst and data scientists team.

- Analytics is in charge of driving the day-to-day analytical approaches and exploring solutions to particular problems. He is also tasked with the management and long-term prioritization of the business's overall analytical needs and opportunities.

- Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies.

- Provide analysis on key business and strategic questions that come up for discussion at top management reviews.

- Collate, design and track reports as per business requirements and coordinate with Business intelligence/MIS team on automation of recurring reports using Macros & BI dashboards.

- Defining the data/AI strategy in line with the company strategy for efficient planning and execution


- Migration of on premise/traditional databases to data lake architecture on cloud.

- Analyzing and Presenting Analytical reports to Management on Business Intelligence Tool at regular intervals for effective business decisions.

- Discover new opportunities to optimize the business through analytics and statistical modeling.

Experience : +10 experience in CPG/ FMCG/ Food/ Consumer Goods analytics, MBA/PGDM From Premier institutes
