The client is a technology-driven platform company that provides direct-to-consumer web commerce solutions for leading Retail Brands. Client, with its proprietary platform, integrates online and offline retail channels automating and optimizing Omni-Channel fulfilment. The platform provides brands with a single view of inventory. It helps reduce the costs and complexity of Omni-Channel transformation for brands by using their existing framework and systems.

Clients' solutions are currently used by brands such as Ray-Ban, Puma, Max, Lifestyle, Fossil and more. Clients Omni-Channel platform comprising of technology, logistics, and customer support enables brands and retailers to improve the post-click commerce experience of their customers.

The D2C E-commerce Manager will deliver profit and revenue for the Company D2C portfolio of brand websites. The manager must have a proven track record in running successful e-commerce businesses that maintained significant YOY growth by driving consumer acquisition and retention strategies. The D2C E-commerce Manager will combine an understanding of what drives e-commerce sales and a passion for user experience to improve the onsite shopping experience. As an expert on customer behaviour, this role will advocate for the needs of our customers and serve as the go-to person for insight on site traffic and merchandising performance. Projects must be delivered on-time, on-budget and with quality efficiency.

Job Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience of handling D2C brand (Total work exp - 8-12 years)

- Exposure to Account Management would be a plus.

- Has a proven track record in putting the customer first in an account management role.

- Has experience in preparing Annual Operating Plans as well as Sales plans

- Holds very strong problem-solving & analytical skills.

- Has strong presentation skills, as well as the ability to front-end Business review discussions with the Client/Brand.

- Understanding of Finance, Warehousing and IT Operations.

- The ideal candidate is a leader who can guide a group to deliver projects on time, and within the scope of an overall client strategy.

- Learn, understand and provide recommendations to clients on ways to utilize the full suite solutions

- Work daily in a fast-paced unstructured environment, in a rapidly growing industry.

- Prioritise and execute with an unwavering commitment to exceed client goal

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

- Build out and own commercial planning of all E-commerce business, work closely with cross-functional teams and external brand e-commerce agency to unlock both revenue and profit opportunities

- Managing and taking ownership of department-wide online eCommerce strategy and P&L entities to enhance online shopper experience

- Consult with the marketing and creative teams to plan and develop online business plans, establishing responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives

- Research industry trends, seeking opportunities to bridge gaps in business objectives and push the business forward

- Maintain timely communication to stakeholders and business working committees

- Responsible for the planning and execution of global online store expansion and business

- Develop tests to improve conversion rate and drive revenue growth and own the site conversion funnel

- Analyze site metrics and related data to identify opportunities to improve conversion rate

- Use data to evaluate ideas and continually improve the customer experience across the site

- Partner with the Analytics team in direction for site tagging to balance site performance and features

- Monitor site performance, speed, traffic and conversion across all device types

- Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, sales & customer service to drive the success of the ecommerce business

- Improve the e-commerce experience and feature sets by evaluating new payment solutions, customer communication tools, mobile solutions, merchandising tools and other enhancements

- Actively advocate for e-commerce business across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership team

- Work closely with Marketing teams to establish and manage website forecasting, merchandising, project management and planning

- Build brand e-commerce strategy that complements Company website strategy ensuring all projects support brand strategy and contribute to .com growth targets

- Partner with Digital Marketing Manager for online performance marketing budget and oversee e-commerce agency team in monitoring channel performance

- Identify opportunities and prioritize work flow for the maximum impact on business growth by overseeing all project management related to site

- Be an advocate for your client
